Rajbhog Pudding
Rusk/Toast - 400 gms
Full fat Milk - 1 ltr
Fresh cream/milk powder - 50 gms
Sugar 2.5 cups
Mixed dry fruits - 1/2 cup (badam, pista, cashewnuts)
Cornflour - 4 tbsp
Make sugar syrup by boiling 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar. keep aside
Take one cup of milk, add the cornflour and mix well and keep aside. Boil remaining milk, add half cup sugar and let it boil. Slowly add the cornflour mix and keep stirring till the milk thickens.
In a flat vessel, spread the toast. Pour sugar syrup over it so that it is fully soaked in sugar syrup. Now pour the milk over it to cover the toast completely. Add another layer of toast , sugar syrup and milk. Decorate with dry fruits. Let it cool. Serve as sweet dish.
