Egg paratha
Serves 4
6 Eggs
1 large tomato, chopped
2 onions, chopped
3-4 green chillies
1 tsp pepper powder
Corriander leaves
Curry leaves
1 tsp grated/chopped ginger
2 tbsp grated cheese (optional)
1 tsp italian herbs (optional)
Salt
Beat eggs and add all the above ingredients and keep aside.
Made dough as per paratha dough. Take one ball of the dough , spread it, add ghee and fold it. Again spread it.
Heat tava and cook the paratha on one side. Flip and cook the other side. Slightly open the paratha and add the mixture and cook. Apply ghee on both sides. Serve with tomato ketchup
