Oats Omelette
2 Cups oats
3 eggs
2 cups milk (vegan or dairy milk)
1 capsicum
1 tomato
1 onion
1/2" ginger
2-3 green chillies
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cups Corriander leaves
Salt
Roast the Oats for 6-7 minutes, cool and powder it. Add milk and make batter. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Chop all the vegetables and add to the batter. Add beaten eggs. If batter is too thick , add more milk or water.
Heat tava, brush some oil and drop a ladle of the batter. Cover and cook one side. Flip and cook on the other side too. Serve hot with or without tomato ketchup.
