Coconut cookies

2 cups maida or wheat flour
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup ghee or butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp milk


Beat the sugar and butter/ghee till its fluffy. Add all the remaining ingredients and make a soft dough. Do not knead too much. Add milk little by little, only if needed. 

Spread one tbsp of dessicated coconut in a tray. Make small balls of the dough, press it slightly and dip one side into the dessicated coconut. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees in oven. It will be a little soft. Keep aside to cool, then store it. Enjoy with tea/coffee.
