Aloo Pakoda
Boiled Potatoes - 4
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1-2 tbsp
Onions - 2 (chopped)
Green chillies - 4-5
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Corriander leaves
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying.
Mash the boiled potatoes, add the remaining ingredients and make a dough. Add water only if needed.
Heat oil in kadai for deep frying,
split the mixture with finders and drop into the hot oil, fry till crisp. Serve hot with ketchup and tea.
