Vegetable Fried Rice
3 cups cooked rice
2 spring onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 cup beans, finely chopped

1 capsicum, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 egg, lightly beaten (optional)
3 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp finely diced spring onions
3 cups cooked rice

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp vinegar
¼ tsp ajinomoto (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp Fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp Fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup oil
Stir fry the onion, garlic & ginger in 2 tsp. oil for 1 minute.
Add the remaining vegetables
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder, vinegar, ajinomoto.
Stir fry 5 minutes or until the vegetables are still crisp but tender.
Add the rice, breaking it up and dispensing it evenly in the pan.
In a separate pan, break egg add salt and pepper powder and fry it, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Add this into rice.
Garnish with the spring onions.
