Banana Fruit Cake

Wheat flour - 2 cups

Maida – 1 cup
Rawa – 1 cup
Over ripe banana – 6
Eggs – 4
Jaggery 200gs or Sugar – 2 cups
Oil – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Mixed nuts – 2 cups (optional)
Dates – 6-7 (optional)
Cinnamon pdr – ½ tsp (optional)
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Milk – 1-2 tbsp (optional)

Cut the bananas and beat in mixie to make a coarse paste.


In a separate bowl add powdered sugar, beaten eggs, oil and curd and mix well. Add the banana paste into it and mix well.


In a large bowl, sift together all flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the nuts, dates and mix well. Now add it into the wet ingredients and mix well. 

If the batter is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of milk. Check sweetness. Add sugar if needed.

Bake for around 45 minutes on 180 degrees. 

Note: Banana can be replaced with any other fruit.
