Beans Egg poriyal



1/2 kg French beans

3 eggs

1 large onion

Ginger-garlic paste

1-2 tomatoes

3-4 green chillies

Turmeric powder

Curry leaves

Salt

Oil

Finely chop french beans, onions, green chillies. Deseed the tomatoes and finely chop.

Heat oil in kadai. Add mustard, let it crackle. Add onions and green chillies, saute till its slightly brown. Add ginger-garlic paste. Now add the beans, tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder and saute. Close lid and let it cook. When beans is half cooked, add the eggs into it and saute till eggs are completely cooked. 

Serve with rotis.
