Rava Caramel Custard
Rava - 1/2 cup
Custard powder - 2 tbsp
Milk - 250 ml
Sugar - 1 cup
Heat 2 tbsp sugar in a pan and let it caramelise. Keep aside.
Add 2 tbsp water to the custard powder, mix well and keep aside.
Heat milk, when it boils, add sugar and keep stirring. Add the rawa and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes. Lastly add the custard powder and keep stirring till the mixture thickens. Switch off flame. Pour the mixture into the caramelised vessel. Steam it for 20-30 minutes. Cool and serve.
