Chicken Hakka Noodles
¼ kg chicken
1 spring onion
1 capsicum, chopped fine
4-5 beans, chopped fine
1 carrot, chopped fine
3-4 chopped green chillies
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
Salt
Oil
For chicken
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
Salt
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 egg
Marinate chicken with salt, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, cornflour and egg for 1-2 hours fry it in 1-2 tbsp oil or deep fry and keep aside.
Boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes till its half cooked. Add little oil and salt while cooking. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok. Add the garlic and saute till slightly
brown. Now add the ginger and green chillies and saute for some time. Add the
chopped vegetables and saute. Add sauces and vinegar and saute for some time. Add
salt and pepper powder. Add chicken and saute. Add the spring onions and saute.
Lastly add the noodles and mix well. Chicken hakka noodles is ready.
