Prawns Chilli Fry
1 cup wet prawns
2 large onions,
chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic
paste
1 tsp chilli powder,
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt and oil, as required
Heat
oil, add ginger-garlic paste, onions, fry till brown. Add remaining ingredients
and cook for some time. Then add the prawns, cook on low fire till prawns are
done. Add ½ cup water (optional). Garnish with corriander leaves. Serve with
Vegetable pulao.
