 Dal wada 

 ¼ kg channa dal

¼ kg small madras onions, finely chopped

3-4 green chillies, finely chopped

1” ginger, finely chopped

2-3 red chillies

5-6 sprigs of curry leaves

Salt

Soak channa dal in water for 2-3 hours. Drain the water completely. Coarsely grind along with red chillies and salt. Add all the balance ingredients into it and blend well.  Make small flat wadas and deep fry in oil till brown. Serve hot.
