Poha Aloo Cutlet




Poha Aloo cutlet (with leftover potato sabzi)

1 cup Poha
2 boiled potatoes (or leftover potato veg)
1 onion, chopped
4 green chillies, chopped
1/2" ginger chopped
3 tbsp besan
Corriander leaves
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp chaat masala or lime juice
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt
Oil
Bread crumbs (optional)

Soak poha in water for 2 minutes and squeeze out the water completely. Add the mashed boiled potatoes or leftover potato vegetable and all the ingredients (except oil and bread crumbs) and mix well into a dough. Do not add water. 

Heat non-stick pan, spread a tbsp of oil. Make cutlets in any shape, dip into the bread crumbs and fry on both sides. Serve hot with ketchup.
