Moong dal Bhajiya



Moong Dal bhajiya

1 cup yellow moong dal
2 onions, chopped
7-8 green chillies, chopped
1" ginger, finely chopped
3-4 sprigs curry leaves

1/4 tsp hing powder
1 bunch corriander leaves
1 tbsp rice flour
Salt
Oil for frying

Soak moong dal in water for 4 hours. Drain water and make a thick coarse paste. Add all the other ingredients. Add 1 tbsp oil; mix well. 
Heat oil in kadai, drop small portions of the mixture into hot oil and fry on medium flame. Enjoy hot with tea,
