Mushroom Chilly 

Button Mushroom - 400 gm

Capsicum - 100 gm - diced

Onion - 1 diced

Cornflour - 2 tbsp

Maida  - 1 tbsp

Pepper powder - 1 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Green chillies - 4 chopped

Spring onion - 1 chopped

Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp

Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp

vinegar - 2 tbsp

salt 

Oil


Wash and cut mushroom. Add some salt , pepper powder and 1 tbsp cornflour. Mix well and keep aside.

In a bowl add the cornflour and maida. Add 1 cup water and make a slurry. Keep aside

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger-garlic and saute. Add the diced onions and green chillies and saute. Add the mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Now add the capsicum and saute. Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chilly sauce and salt. let it cook for some time. Now add the cornstarch slurry and 1 cup water. let it simmer. Garnish with spring onions. Serve with Fried rice. 

Note : Same recipe can be used to make Paneer Chilli
