Onion Crackers
2 cups wheat flour
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp oil
Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp corriander leaves
1/2 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
Mix all above ingredients and make a thick dough. Keep it aside for 20 minutes. Roll it thinly on rolling pin. Cut into pieces. Prick holes with fork (so that it doesnt puff up). Bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees. Crispy onion crackers is ready. Enjoy with tea/coffee.
