Rasam

3-4 cups water
4-5 flakes garlic, crushed
1 tsp jeera               
1 tsp pepper pdr
½ tsp methi-hing powder½ cup tamarind pulp
4 tomatoes, chopped

Salt, haldi
Methi, Mustard, Red chillies for seasoning
Corriander leaves for garnish

Mix all ingredients and boil for 15-20 minutes. Season with mustard, methi, red chillies & curry leaves in coconut oil. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
