Potato-capsicum veg
4-5 potatoes, diced
2 tomatoes
2 onions, chopped lengthwise
2 green chillies
7-8 flakes garlic, chopped
1 tbsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp haldi pdr
1 tsp amchur pdr
1 tsp jeera pdr
1 tsp jeera pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
Salt, Oil
Coriander leaves
Heat 3 tbsp oil and shallow fry potatoes in it. When done, remove potatoes and keep aside. In the same oil, add garlic and sauté. When brown, add ginger, green chillies and onions. Saute till onions are brown. Now add capsicum and tomatoes (deseeded). Also add all the dry masalas and sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Now add potatoes and blend well with the vegetables. Cook on slow fire for another 2 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rotis.
