300 gm paneer
3 tomatoes
3 tbs curd
2 large onion
2 green chillies
5-6 cashew nuts
5-6 garlic
1” ginger
Salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp jeera pdr
1 tsp whole jeera
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilly
Corriander leaves, for garnish
Cut paneer into cubes and keep aside
In a kadai heat oil and add one roughly chopped onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, cashewnuts & green chillies and saute till slightly cooked. Let it cool and make a paste of it and keep aside.
Heat kadai and add jeera, some chopped ginger and one onion finely chopped and saute for some time. Now add dry masalas (dhania powder, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder) and saute. Add the ground masala and cook for some time. Lower heat, add curd and stir continuously so that it doesnt get curdled. Now add kasuri methi and saute. Let it cook for some time. Now add the paneer and mix gently and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
