Marble cake



Marble Cake 

250 g Maida (3 cups)
175 g rawa   (2 cups)
400 g butter
9 Eggs
2 cups sugar, powdered
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking pdr
3-4 tbsp Cocoa powder, 1 tbsp oil
¼ cup milk (optional)

Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat whites till it becomes fluffly. Cream together butter and sugar. Add beaten egg whites and slowly fold. If batter is thick, add some milk.

Beat together maida and baking powder. Add maida, rava, baking powder and vanilla essence into the batter. Add egg yokes and mix.

Take ½ cup of this batter and add cocoa powder to it, add some milk and sugar and make a separate chocolate batter and keep aside. 

In baking tray, add one layer of plain batter. On top add the chocolate batter and spread evenly. Add the balance cake batter. Or with a fork make a deep S shape. Bake on 180 deg.
