Pan Cake rolls (with maida)

1 cup rice flour
½ cup maida
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup grated coconut
4-5 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp jeera
1 cup water with ½ tsp salt

In a bowl take the grated coconut. Add sugar and jeera in it and mix well. keep aside.

Make a batter of rice flour, maida, 1 tbsp sugar and beaten egg, adding water to make a smooth paste (consistency of dosa).


Heat tawa, grease with oil. Put a ladle of batter and spread like dosa.  When cooked on one side, turn to other side. Spread one tbsp of coconut mixture in the centre and fold from both sides (like masala dosa). Serve hot.
