Mango Pudding
1 large ripe mango
1 packet bread (15 slices)
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp custard powder
1 litre milk
Add 3-4 tbsp sugar in bowl and heat it so that it gets caramelised. keep aside.
Take the bread slices and powder them in mixie (coarse powder).

Chop the mangoes and grind them into smooth paste
Take the custard powder in a bowl, add one cup water, blend it well and keep aside.
Take a large bowl, add the milk, sugar and mango pulp and mix well. Bring it to a boil while continuously stirring it. Now slowly add the custard mix and keep stirring continuously till it starts thickening. Add the bread powder little by little and blend it well. Now pour the pudding mix into the caramelised tin. Bake or steam it for 20 minutes. Cool it and serve.
