Malli kaapi (coriander tea)


Malli kaapi (coriander tea) – Good for lowering cholesterol and general health

Whole coriander – 100g
Jeera – 50g
Elaichi – 10-12
Methi seeds – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Pepper – 2 tbsp
Dry ginger pdr – 2 tbsp

Roast all above ingredients till brown. Cool it and make powder.

In 2 cups water add ½ tsp of this powder and one piece of jaggery and let it boil. Kaapi is ready to drink.
