Egg – Cauliflower
250 gms cauliflower
4 eggs (boiled)
3 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 onion
3 green chillies
salt
Ginger-garlic paste
Garam masala pder
Corriander leaves
Cut cauliflower and
cook with some water and salt.
Heat
oil, add jeera, ginger-garlic paste, onion & chillies and fry them till
onion turns golden brown. Add cauliflower and boiled eggs, add garam masala
powder, add salt and turn carefully with spoon. Garnish with corriander leaves. Serve with rotis.
