Dal-Tomato curry
Cook 1 cup dal in cooker and keep aside.
Grind half coconut with 1 tsp jeera.
Cut 5-6 tomatoes and cook with 2 cups water, 4-5 green chillies (slit), ½ tsp chilli powder, haldi, salt. Keep on low heat till cooked. Now add the cooked dal. When it starts boiling, add coconut and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Season with methi, mustard, red chilly and curry leaves, in coconut oil. Serve with steamed rice.
