Curd Rice
1 cup rice (kacha chawal)
1 cup curd
2 green chilles
Curry leaves
Mustard, grated ginger, coriander leaves for seasoning
Dilute curd in 1 cup water and make a thin consistency. Cook rice (overcook so that its very soft). Add the curd and mix well. keep aside and let it cool. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard, ginger, green chilles and curry patta.  Let it splutter. Pour this seasoning over the rice and mix well. Eat it cold.
OR
Cook rice and cool it. Add 2 cups milk and one tbsp curd and mix well. Add seasoning. Leave it for 5-6 hours. It will get fermented, soft and ready to eat.
