Oil 3 tsp.

Channa dal 2 tsp.

Urad dal 2tsp.
Red chilli 3-4 nos.
Chopped ginger 1 1/4 tsp.
Chopped green chilli 1 tsp.
Chopped onion 1 no.(Optional)

Cashew nuts (5-6)
Peanuts 2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
Rice 2 cups
Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
Salt To taste
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, also add a few curry leaves.
- Now add chana dal, urad dal and red chillies. Stir till dal is light brown.
- Add chopped ginger and green chillies. Also add chopped onion.
- Add peanuts, cashew nuts, turmeric powder, salt and saute. Now add cooked rice. Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Now add lemon juice and mix well. Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
- Lemon rice is ready to serve.
