Chocolate cake (with maida)

3 cups maida

1 packet of cocoa powder – 100g

1 cup veg oil

Dry fruits – 1 cup

Baking pder – 1tbsp

Baking soda – 1 tsp

Sugar – 4 cups

Eggs – 4

Milk or milk cream – 1 cup

Vanilla essence – 1tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Add powdered sugar, oil, salt, beaten eggs, milk cream or milk and mix well. Add dry fruits and vanilla essence. Bake it.
