Tandoori chicken
½ tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp corriander pdr
3-4 green chillies
3-4 red chillies
Salt, turmeric
2 spoons ginger-garlic
½ tsp cumin pdr (optional)
½ tsp ajwain (crushed)
½ tsp jaiphal pdr (nutmeg)
1 cup hung curd
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garam masala pdr
2 spoon oil
With a fork, prick holes in the chicken pcs. Using a knife, cut diagonal slices deep into the large pcs.
In a blender, add all the above ingredients and make a smooth paste. Pour this paste on the chicken pcs and marinate for 2-3 hours. Bake in an oven or cook in a non-stick kadai on slow fire.
