Prawns-bhindi curry

500 gm fresh prawns
¼ kg bhindi
1 cup tamarind pulp
1 cup grated coconut
½ tsp saunf
2 tbsp dhania pdr
2 tbsp red chilly pdr
Salt, haldi as required
1 small piece ginger crushed
3-4 garlic flakes crushed (optional)
2 small onions crushed
3-4 small madras onions, chopped for seasoning
Curry leaves

Clean prawns. Marinate it with salt and haldi for 10 minutes. Cut the bhindi into 2 inch pieces, shallow fry it and keep aside. Make paste of coconut, dhania pdr and red chilly powder. Add it to the prawns. Add the tamarind pulp and rest of the ingredients. Add enough water and cook. When it starts boiling, add the bhindi. Cook for another 10 minutes. Season with small onions in coconut oil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
