Dry Prawns with vegetables
1 Cup small dry prawns (Jhavla)
1/2 kg vegetables (either Bhindi , capsicum, dudhi or spring onion)
1 large onions
3 tomatoes
Ginger-garlic paste
Garam masala pdr
Red chilli pdr
Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt, turmeric
Corriander leaves, for garnishing
Wash dry prawns and drain water.
In a kadai, heat 3-4 spoons oil, add ginger-garlic paste, saute till brown. Add onions. When brown, add prawns, saute for 5 minutes. Add garam masala pdr, red chilli pdr, salt, turmeric. Saute well. Now add tomatoes and vegetables. Cook without water. Garnish with corriander leaves. Serve with chapati or rice.
