Prawn cutlet

3 cups small wet prawns

For masala
1 bunch coriander leaves                  
1 pod garlic (15-20 flakes)
2” ginger
4 green chilles
Salt, haldi,
1 tsp lime juice
Make paste of the above ingredients.

1 tbsp besan

Oil

Wash prawns and squeeze water thoroughly out of it. Add the masala paste and besan and mix well. Make small flat cutlets and shallow fry on frying pan, till it is brown on both side. Serve hot.
