Kanda bhajiya
3 Onions
1 cup besan
3-4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 bunch corriander leaves, chopped
curry leaves, chopped
½” ginger, grated (optional)
salt
Oil, for deep frying.
Finely cut onions (lengthwise). Add all the remaining ingredients and blend it . Add water only if required. Make small bhajjiyas and deep fry in oil. Serve hot.
