Kanda bhajiya

3 Onions
1 cup besan
3-4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 bunch corriander leaves, chopped
curry leaves, chopped
½” ginger, grated (optional)
salt
Oil, for deep frying.

Finely cut onions (lengthwise).  Add all the remaining ingredients and blend it Add water only if required.  Make small bhajjiyas and deep fry in oil. Serve hot.
