Egg Uttappam

Egg Uttappam (Serves 4 )

4 Eggs
10 slices of White Bread
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1" piece Ginger finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1-2 tbsp Milk
Oil for frying

·  Beat the eggs.
·  Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze out water and add to beaten eggs.
·  Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of oil into the mixture. To make the mixture smooth, add some milk to it.
·   Add all the other ingredients into the batter and mix well.
·   Heat oil on a tava.
·   Take a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly and immediately.
·   Fry both sides.
·   Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
