Kachiye Moru (For loose motions)
1 cup curd
1.5 cup water
½ tsp whole jeera or jeera powder
½ tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp whole pepper, crushed
2 sprigs curry leaves along with stem
Salt
Blend the curd well in mixie or blender. Add water and other ingredients (except salt). Heat on medium flame, while stirring continuously so that it doesn’t curdle. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Switch off flame. Add salt after 5 minutes and mix well.
Serve with rice to cure loose motions.
