1-2 potatoes
3-4 garlic cloves
½” ginger
2-3 green chillies
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely grated or chopped

Coriander leaves/palak/methi leaves.

Soak the moong dal for 4-5 hrs or overnight. Drain water and make paste along with potato, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Do not add water. The batter should be of thick consistency.
Transfer batter to a bowl. Add the rice flour and chopped vegetables, salt, and masala. Blend well. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Add water only if required. Add baking soda and mix well.
Heat non-stick tawa. Brush some ghee on it. Pour 2-3 ladle full of batter and spread evenly. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Open lid and brush ghee on top and flip the dosa and cook on the other side too. Cut into pieces and serve with ketchup.
