Prawns Fry (in green masala)

1 kg prawns

1 bunch corriander leaves

3-4 green chillies

1 tsp pepper powder (optional)

1 large pod garlic 

1/2" ginger

1/4th tsp turmeric powder (optional)

3-4 sprigs mint leaves

1 tbsp lime juice

salt

oil

Clean and wash the prawns. Marinate with salt, turmeric and lime juice for few hours. 

Make paste of remaining ingredients and add this masala into the prawns. keep it aside for few hours to marinate

Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in kadai , add the marinated prawns. Close lid and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Open lid and cook on low flame till the gravy dries up. Serve as a side dish with rice.
