Padwal-Egg dry veg

½ kg long Padwal, finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste 
Curry leaves
 2 tomatoes
2-3 green chillies.
1 onion
Jeera powder
Garam masala pdr
3 eggs
Corriander leaves

Beat the eggs. Add salt and pepper to it and keep aside. 

In a kadai, heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste and saute. Now add onions, chillies and curry leaves and saute till brown. Add salt, turmeric, jeera pdr and garam masala powder and saute.  Add tomatoes and cook till it softens. Add the Padwal, saute well and  let it cook on medium flame. When half done, add the beaten eggs and corriander leaves and saute till the eggs and vegetables are cooked. 

Serve with roti.
