Dosa batter
Potato masala
1 kg potato
½ kg onions
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp jeera
Green chillies
Ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp chana dal
1-2 tomatoes
Salt , turmeric
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Cook the potatoes with salt and turmeric, mash it and keep
aside.
In a kadai, heat oil, add mustard, when it crackles, add jeera
and saute. add chana dal and saute. Add ginger and saute. now add onions, green
chillies and chopped curry leaves and saute for some time (don’t brown it). Add
the potatoes and mix well. Add coriander leaves. Vegetable for masala dosa is
ready.
Heat non stick tawa and spread dosa batter. When done on one
side, flip to another side and cook. Flip again and put the potato mix in the
centre and fold from both sides. Masala dosa is ready.
