1 cup dried chawli
1 kerala banana
2 cups raw jackfruit
Red chilli pdr
½ cup Curry leaves,
1 cup grated coconut
3-4 small madras onions
Salt, haldi
Pressure cook chawli with water & haldi for 2 whistles. It should not get overcooked/ smashed. Cut banana & jackfruit and cook with 1 cup water. Add salt , haldi & chilli pdr.
Fry grated coconut in kadai with 3-4 tsp coconut oil, lots of curry leaves and 3-4 small onions, till coconut is brown. Cool it and powder in mixie without water. When veggies are cooked, add chawli & ground coconut. Simmer for sometime. Season with mustard, curry patta and grated coconut in coconut oil.
