Dry Prawns with spring onions
1 cup dry prawns
3 bunch spring onions
2 tomatoes
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic
paste
1 tsp chilli powder,
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt and oil, as
required
Cut the spring
onions. Keep the leaves separate from the onions.
Roast prawns. On
cooling, wash it.
Heat oil in kadai, add ginger-garlic paste and onions. When brown, add garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder and tomatoes. Sauté for some time. Add prawns and stir well. Add the spring onion-leaves and salt. Cook on low fire till done. Garnish with corriander leaves.
