Choorma laddoo
Choorma Laddoo (with leftover
chappati)
4 chapati
50 g jaggery
1-2 tbsp dry fruits
3-4 dates (optional)
1 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
1 tbsp ghee
½ tsp elaichi pdr
Refrigerate the chapaties in
freezer for few days. Break it and make coarse powder by grinding in mixie. In a Kadai , add ghee, dry fruits & roast. Now add jaggery and all
other ingredients and mix well. Make laddoos of it and serve.
