Chicken Kebabs


 
Chicken Tikka

200 gm boneless chicken or chicken legs
½ tsp pepper pdr
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp besan
¼ tsp mace (javitri) pdr
¼ tsp jaiphal pdr
Salt
¼ cup hung curd
Turmeric pdr
4 tsp lime juice
½ tsp red chilli pdr
½ tsp jeera pdr

Whisk curd in a bowl, add all ingredients into it and mix well. Prick chicken pcs with fork and rub this mixture into it. Keep aside for 2-3 hrs. Cook on non-stick tawa or skewer it and roast in oven. Serve with pudina-kothmir chutney.

Pahadi Kabab
1 kg Chicken boneless
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp lime juice
Salt
½ tsp garam masala pdr
1 tsp black pepper pdr
1 cup corriander & mint leaves
3-4 green chillies

Make paste of all above ingredients. Prick Chicken with fork and marinate with this paste for 4-5 hrs in refrigerator. Place chicken on skewers and and grill in OTG or straight on stove or cook in non-stick frying pan. Serve with pudina-kothmir chutney.

Reshmi Kabab

200 gm Chicken boneless
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt
½ tsp garam masala pdr
1 tsp black pepper pdr
2 tsp cashew nut pdr
1 tsp cheese
1 tsp butter
1 tsp khaskhas pdr (roast & powder khaskhas)

Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for 4-5 hrs in refrigerator. Place chicken on skewers and and grill in OTG or straight on stove or cook in non-stick frying pan. Serve with pudina-kothmir chutney.
