Pepper chicken (Dry)

1 kg chicken
1 onion (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp dhania powder or whole dhania
1 tbsp jeera
1 tbsp saunf
3-4 tbsp whole pepper
3-4 green chillies
Ginger-garlic paste
Salt, turmeric pdr
1 tsp Garam masala pdr/whole garam masala
3-4 sprigs of curry leaves
Coriander leaves (optional)

Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice.

Dry roast pepper, jeera, saunf and dhania. Cool and make powder in mixie
Heat oil in kadai, add whole garam masala (lavang, dalchini), add some curry leaves and saute, then add ginger-garlic paste and saute. Now add chopped onions and saute till brown. Add marinated chicken and cook. When half cooked, add the powdered masala and garam masala powder and mix well. Cook till done. 

Lastly garnish with some curry leaves and coriander leaves.
