Mutton Liver



1 kg liver
Ginger-garlic paste
Small onions – 3-4
Salt
Haldi pdr, curry leaves

For masala – make paste adding water
Whole dhania 2 tbsp
Whole jeera 1 tbsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Shepu – 1 tsp
Whole pepper – 1 tbsp
Whole methi – ½ tsp
Rai – ½ tsp

Marinate liver with salt and haldi and keep aside for some time.
In kadai, fry small onions and saute. Add curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste and saute for some time. Add the ground masala and saute till masala is cooked. Add Liver and let it cook till done.

Note: This preparation of liver has good medicinal value.
