Chicken Cutlet

Chicken Cutlet (Chicken mince kebab)


250 gms boneless chicken
1 boiled potato
1 onion chopped
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tbsp dhania pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1 tsp jeera pdr
Ginger-garlic paste
Salt

Turmeric

Lime juice – 1tsp



Wash chicken and mince in mixie. Keep aside


Heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste, saute. Add onions and green chillies and saute. Add rest of the masalas and saute for some time. Add it to the chicken, along with salt and turmeric and lime juice. Add mashed potatoes and mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.


Make small flat cutlets and shallow fry on medium heat.


Optional : Dip in egg and bread crumbs before frying. Serve with mint chutney
