Besan Egg chilla/dosa

¼ kg besan
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chilles, finely chopped
½” ginger finely chopped
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt
¼ tsp Hing pdr
¼ tsp Ajwain pdr (optional)

Add water into the besan and make batter. Add all other ingredients and keep aside for 5-10 minutes. Beat eggs and add into it and blend well. Now make dosas and serve with tomato sauce.
