Oats Banana pancake
(serves 3)
2 cups oats (roasted and powdered)
1 cups wheat flour
2-3 ripe mashed banana
1-2 eggs
2 cups milk
½ cup curd
2 tbsp raisins
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
Honey
Ghee/oil
In a bowl add all the above ingredients (except ghee and honey) and mix well. Make a thick batter. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
In a tawa, brush some ghee or oil and pour one ladle of the batter. Cover and cook on one side. Brush some ghee on top and flip on other side. Once done, serve with topping of honey or maple syrup.
