Raw Banana Veg

2 king sized banana (nendrakaya)
Salt
Turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Garlic
Small onions
Oil.

Chop banana into small pieces (along with skin). Wash with little turmeric powder. Now add ½ cup water, salt and turmeric powder and let it cook for 10 minutes. Banana cooks very soon.

In a kadai, heat oil, add crushed garlic and onions and saute. Add curry leaves. When garlic has browned, add chilli powder and saute. Now add the cooked banana and saute for a minute or so. Serve as a side-dish to rice or with chapati
