Oats Dosa
1 cup oats
½ cup rawa
½ cup rice flour
1 onion chopped
1 cup curd
1/2" ginger, grated
1-2 green chillies chopped
7-8 curry leaves, chopped
1 tsp jeera
½ tsp pepper powder
4 tbsp grated coconut
corriander leaves
salt
Powder the oats in a mixie. Transfer into a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add water to make a dosa batter.
Heat a non-stick tawa, spread little oil. Spread a ladle of the dosa mixture and let it cook on both sides. Serve with coconut-corriander chutney (refer in Chutney section for recipe).
